  • Weekly check in with Coach to discuss progress via Whatsapp/Facetime/Skype or Phone

  • 8000rs per month with a 6 month minimum commitment

RADSTRONG SILVER PLAN

  • A plan for everyday runners with targets from 5k to a Full marathon

  • Our most popular training plan which includes weekly workout updates

  • Once a month group educational talk on different aspects of training
    Customized workouts using Training Peaks software

  • Access to 4 group workouts a month (where applicable)

  • 9500 rs for 3 months

TRIATHLON

  • Customized workouts weekly updated on "BeRad" or Training Peaks platform

  • Performance analyzed using metrics such as HR, Power, and other variables

  • Plan is analyzed on a weekly basis and updated to meet your goals

  • Video analysis done for Run-Swim-Bike with constant inputs on form, technique etx

  • Weekly Guidance on Strength Training and Nutrition

  • Weekly check in with Coach to discuss progress via Whatssapp/Facetime/Skype or Phone

  • Fees 8000rs (150$/ Euro) per month with a minimum 3 month commitment

RADSTRONG SILVER PLAN

  • Our favorite Triathlon plan for anyone willing to become a triathlete
    to an athlete wanting to finish an Ironman

  • Customized workouts updated on a weekly basis based on your goals, progression etx

  • Video analysis done for Run-Swim-Bike with inputs on form, technique etx once a month

  • Guidance on Strength Training and Nutrition via RadStrong Module

  • Bi-weekly check in with coach via email/ phone

  • Fees 5500 rs (120$/ Euro) per month with a minimum 3 month commitment
