rUNNING

Beginner: A typical couch to 5km program with active involvement of our coaches.


Intermediate : From a 5km to Half marathon (21kms) this program will add extra spice to your running


Advance: For people who now want to add an extra layer by running a marathon or ultramarathon this fully inclusive program is time-result oriented and created specifically for you to meet your goals.

TRIATHLON

As the sport of Triathlon grows we play an important role in making sure athletes get the right kind of training.
